 Not only does it include a heat-tempered glass LID with an adjustable steam vent knob – it now contains 20 percent more diamond crystals. 
 Coated with the new Swiss Diamond XD nonstick formula, this sauté pan is ideal for sauces, vegetables, cubed meat, and more!
 
 The PFOA-free XD coating ensures that cleanup is a breeze. 
 All you need is hot water and a soft, soapy sponge to get this pan back in pristine condition.
 Cooking with oil is now an option – not necessary – as the XD coating is engineered to be used without oils or butters.
